What qualifications do you have?
Great question! Katherine holds a BSc First Class in Complementary Therapies for Healthcare and also holds certificates from the Four Winds Society as a Four Winds Society graduate. She is currently stuyding MSc Psychology (conversion) at the University of Chester. For copies of certificates, please see www.facebook.com/creuynni
Brian holds specialised massage (basic and advanced) and level 3 personal training certificates and is currently studying BSc Physiotherapy at Wrexham Glyndwr (you will have to wait 2 more years for his physiotherapy sessions but his personal training is available now - and his amazing sports massage will be available as soon as is possible in the current situation).
Are you insured?
Yes! Another great question! For copies of insurance certificates, please see www.facebook.com/creuynni or you can ask us to send them to you.
Do you have references?
Yes! These kinds of questions we feel are really important in finding complementary healthcare practitioners that are right for you. If you look on Creuynni and our sister organisation Massage Wrexham on Google Reviews and Facebook reviews you will find a great sample of references/testimonials.
Are you open?
For online sessions - yes! Where a session really cannot be done online e..g. massage in urgent cases, we are looking into this. If you can benefit from an online session, we recommend this at this time. Online personal training (mobility and strength sessions) and innerwork sessions (including meditation, awenydd sessions etc) do work to benefit both the body and mind. We are at reduced hours due to Katherine's Masters study and Brian's BSc Physiotherapy study but we are still here for you.
What is innerwork/awenydd sessions/bodywisdom sessions?
Feel free to contact us for a call to discuss more - essentially it is a way of finding answers to improving our health and wellbeing in ourselves. With authentic guidance to do so, free from judgement or attachment, this is a assistance for change within your core.
How many innerwork/awenydd/bodywisdom sessions will I need?
It is up to you entirely. An ideal would be once a month for 12 months, then how every long you choose after that. However even just a one off, or 'whenever you feel like it' sessions can be of great assistance to many.
What do you mean by donation?
Physical and mental health is of core importance to us. We wish to be able to offer this to all that would like this assistance from us while still maintaining our ability to run this business. Our suggested donations (available by clicking for more information) are at a a fair price - yet we are open to what you can afford. Some people need to pay less, some people choose to pay more to cover those that need to pay less. So far it covers it well, so we will continue to do this for as long as is viable. For those that just prefer to have a set price - check out our sister organisation 'Massage Wrexham' run by Brian Cervera.
I have read about your free monthly session for those at risk of suicide, can you tell me more?
Yes. Once a month, we offer a free session for those in need that may be at risk of suicide. We wish to support you and your loved ones at this time. We will consider more than once a month in urgent cases. To book: https://www.creuynni.com/bookings-checkout/free-mental-health-support-session
I heard that you have free meditations available online?
