Katherine Creuynni

BSc First Class Hons Complementary Therapies for Healthcare, MSc Distinction Psychology, Four Winds Society HLB Graduate and Awenydd Apprentice Graduate

Katherine brings a depth of training and experience, cultivated through years of studying under esteemed teachers such as those at Dr Villoldo's Four Winds Society, Awenydd Elen Sentier, and at university where Katherine graduated with a BSc First Class Hons in Complementary Therapies for Healthcare and an MSc with Distinction in Psychology. Katherine's own transformative journey from paralysing neurological pain with a bleak prognosis to their current state fuels their passion for assisting and empowering individuals worldwide to enhance their health and well-being. Through individual sessions, workshops, and practitioner training, Katherine blends ancient and contemporary practices with the practical wisdom gained from their personal experiences.

Katherine offers self-healing sessions, workshops, meditations, massage and self-healing training programs in addition to working for ecological permaculture projects Rhwydwaith Pentref Eco Cymru, Egin, and Incredible Edible Wrecsam.

Brian Cervera

BSc First Class Hons Physiotherapy

Brian Cervera (BSc First Class Hons Physiotherapy) trained in specialist massage at the Academy de Quiros, Catalunya in 2012, going on to work with Ulldecona football team and in sporting events. In 2017, Brian moved to the UK, where together with his partner Katherine, he set up a successful business Massage Wrexham, also working nationwide at events with Creuynni. Brian's experiences led him to study and graduate with a First-Class Honours in Physiotherapy, and he now additionally works as a physiotherapist for the NHS. Brian takes a highly professional, science-based approach that tailors each session to an individual, working to enhance health and well-being.

Brian offers physiotherapy and health-based massage to support health and wellbeing.

Andrew Parsons Phd, CWP

Master wellbeing coach, certified wellness practitioner and hypnotherapist

Andrew is a coach, therapist and wellness professional and supports individuals build the resources to function optimally, navigate change, adversity and crisis to reach their potential.
 

He is an Accredited Master Coach (European Mentoring and Coaching Council) and Certified Wellness Practitioner (National Wellness Institute) with speciality in Psychology, Neuroscience and Physiology.  He is an experienced holistic therapist and registered with the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (Hypnotherapy). He is a qualified Tang Soo Do Martial Arts Instructor and Judge. 
 

He has had a meditation practice for over 25 years and was the founding coach in the cancer coaching service at the Fountain Centre, a charity located in St Luke's Cancer Centre at the Royal Surrey NHS Trust and developing National Standards for coaching in cancer with NHS England.
 

Recently, Andrew discovered he was dyslexic and is passionate about supporting approaches to create equity and a sense of belonging.
 

Together with Emma and Katherine, Andrew offers meditations with the regular Natural Rhythms Meditations around full moon, new moon, solstices, equinoxes and cross quarter days.

Emma Hodgetts

Hatha Yoga Teacher Training Diploma. Winds of the South Innerwork Level 4

Emma is a yoga, breath-work, and meditation teacher who has been on her own healing journey of self inquiry, awareness and energy work, through the incredible Awenydd Medicine Wheel training course. An earth keeper who loves nature, animals, and music, Emma work’s intuitively with the intention of helping to align our energies to the natural rhythms of the earth and the cosmos. She now assists Katherine of Creuynni Holistic Healthcare, in holding online New and Full Moon meditations and is honoured to be part of the community

 

Together with Andrew and Katherine, Emma offers meditations with the regular Natural Rhythms Meditations that time around full moon, new moon, solstices, equinoxes, and cross-quarter days.
