Awen is the Welsh word for flowing inspiration. Awenydd is the tradition - and the practitioners - carrying that inspiration as a living practice of healing and wisdom-seeking.
Awenydd is rooted in Welsh and wider Celtic tradition - the turning of the seasons, the presence of ancestors, the wisdom held in plants and land, and older, quieter ways of listening.
At Creuynni, this work is offered by practitioners who have spent years training within the tradition. It's shared through one-to-one sessions, ceremony, community gatherings and training with others who want to learn.
What happens in a session varies - breathwork, journeying, storytelling, or simply sitting with the land. There's no fixed script. It follows you, and the moment.
