A Community Interest Company uniting professional wellbeing practitioners, community resources and a shared belief that every person carries within them the natural capacity to flourish.
Creuynni Wellbeing CIC was founded with a simple but powerful belief: that wellbeing is not something broken to be fixed, but something natural to be nurtured and supported.
We are a co-operative Community Interest Company based in Wales, bringing together a diverse team of professional practitioners, including physiotherapists, massage therapists, health coaches, breathwork facilitators and community wellbeing practitioners, under one organisation committed to making high-quality wellbeing support accessible to everyone.
Our work spans individual therapies and one-to-one support, community events and group sessions, workplace wellbeing programmes for schools, businesses and charities, and a growing library of self-management resources available to all.
We exist not to prescribe a single path, but to provide the environment, people and resources that help each individual reconnect with their own natural state of wellbeing, at whatever pace and in whatever way works for them.
We provide practical holistic approaches to individuals, groups and organisations that choose to actively engage in health and wellbeing self-management.
With multiple factors impacting wellbeing, physical, personal and societal psyche, generational patterns, and our social and natural environments, we collaborate and co-operate with those we work with to support wellbeing in a way that is meaningful and lasting for each person.
We recognise that health is among the most important wealth there is, and the more of us that are in the best health we can be, the better it is for ourselves, our families, our communities and for wider society.
We all have the potential to play a part in supporting wellbeing, for ourselves, for loved ones, for our communities. We are honoured to collaborate with a range of individuals and organisations supporting wellbeing.
Stronger together.
Our values are rooted in the principles of permaculture, and we add our own. These are not aspirational statements. They are the living principles that shape how we work, how we relate to one another and how we show up for the people and communities we serve.
To self, to others, to nature and to our true potential. Connection is at the heart of wellbeing, and at the heart of everything Creuynni does.
Sharing resources, skills and knowledge. Working alongside people rather than for them, because wellbeing is always a shared endeavour, and we are stronger together.
Empathy and genuine understanding. We meet people where they are, without judgement, and respond with warmth, patience and real human presence.
For everyone’s basic needs to be met. We are committed to making wellbeing support accessible, inclusive and fair, regardless of background, identity or circumstance.
In nature and in our communities. We celebrate difference as a source of strength, diverse perspectives, backgrounds and approaches are richer and more powerful together.
Empowerment in action. When people are genuinely supported, they in turn support others. Wellbeing is contagious, and it ripples outward into families, communities and wider society.
At the heart of everything Creuynni does is a single idea: wellbeing is inherent. It is your natural state. Life’s pressures, stresses and circumstances can interrupt that flow, but they do not remove it. Our role is not to “fix” anyone, but to create the conditions in which people can reconnect with their own innate capacity to heal, grow and flourish.
We support this reconnection across four interconnected dimensions of wellbeing.
Physical wellbeing is the foundation. Through physiotherapy, massage, movement and hands-on therapeutic work, we support the body in releasing tension, restoring function and returning to ease. When the body feels settled, everything else becomes more possible.
Mental and emotional wellbeing shapes how we experience everything. Through health coaching, breathwork, inner work and guided practices, we support clarity, resilience and a more compassionate relationship with ourselves and our thoughts.
Human beings are relational by nature. Community events, group workshops, collaborative programmes and shared spaces create the conditions for genuine connection, mutual support and a sense of belonging that is central to lasting wellbeing.
Our relationship with the natural world is inseparable from our own wellbeing. Nature-based activities, outdoor gatherings and an ecological awareness woven through our work reflect the understanding that human health and planetary health are deeply connected.
“Wellbeing is not something you have to earn or achieve. It is something you already carry within you, waiting to be rediscovered, supported and expressed in the way that is truest to you.”
The guiding philosophy of Creuynni Wellbeing CICA Community Interest Company, or CIC, is a special type of limited company in the UK, designed specifically for organisations that want to use their profits and assets for the public good. Unlike a conventional business, a CIC is legally required to operate in the interests of its community rather than primarily for shareholder profit.
This structure means that everything Creuynni earns is reinvested into our services, our practitioners, our community programmes and our resources. Our primary accountability is not to investors, it is to the people and communities we serve.
We are also committed to co-operative and sociocratic governance principles. This means that decision-making within the CIC is shared, transparent and consent-based. Every member has an equal voice. Every voice has the opportunity to be heard.
In practice, this means: the support you receive through Creuynni is delivered by people who are genuinely motivated by your wellbeing, not by targets, commission or profit margins. We are here because we believe in what we do.
Creuynni is built on the principles of collaboration, mutual respect and shared purpose. We do not operate as a franchise or a clinic with a fixed menu of services. We are a living community of practitioners, each bringing their own expertise, guided by a shared set of values.
Decisions are made collectively, with every practitioner having an equal vote. We use sociocratic and co-operative principles to ensure that power is shared and all voices are heard.
All practitioners agree to a shared Code of Ethics covering respect, inclusion, integrity, confidentiality, trauma-informed practice and environmental responsibility.
Clients are the experts in their own experience. Informed consent, self-determination and active participation in your own wellbeing are central to how every practitioner works.
Each member of the Creuynni community brings their own unique expertise, background and heartfelt commitment to wellbeing. Together, we offer a breadth of professional support that is greater than any one of us could provide alone.
