Creuynni Wellbeing CIC is committed to operating with transparency, professionalism and genuine accountability. This page sets out the policies, standards and governance principles that underpin everything we do.
As a Community Interest Company, Creuynni has a legal and moral duty to operate in the interest of the public and the communities we serve. Our policies and procedures are the practical expression of the values we hold, not rules imposed from outside, but standards we choose and own.
The safety and wellbeing of all people who engage with Creuynni, especially children, young people and vulnerable adults, is our highest priority. All practitioners are trained and committed to safeguarding best practice.
All client information is handled in full compliance with GDPR. Data is collected only where necessary, stored securely and shared only with written consent or legal obligation. Clients have the right to access their data.
Every person is treated with fairness, dignity and respect, regardless of age, background, ability, identity, culture or any other characteristic. We are committed to accessible and genuinely inclusive wellbeing support.
Practitioners work only within their competencies, maintain professional boundaries and engage in continuous learning and supervision. Accurate representation of qualifications and services is a non-negotiable standard.
We recognise that practitioners can only support others well when they are supported themselves. Creuynni encourages and supports its practitioners to maintain their own wellbeing, engage in supervision and sustain a healthy balance.
As a CIC, Creuynni operates for the benefit of the public. Any surplus is reinvested into services and community programmes. Our governance is co-operative and transparent, with shared decision-making at its core.

Our Code of Ethics is a detailed, living document that all Creuynni practitioners have read and signed. It covers respect and inclusion, client-centred practice, confidentiality, safeguarding, environmental responsibility and continuous development. Read a summary on our Practitioners page or contact us to request the full document.
Whether you are a practitioner, volunteer, participant or organisation, there are clear expectations and standards that apply to how we all work together.
All practitioners joining the Creuynni community are expected to read, agree to and sign our Code of Ethics. Membership of the CIC requires active commitment to these standards.
Volunteers are valued members of the Creuynni community. We ask that all volunteers engage with our volunteer agreement and uphold our shared values in their time with us.
Everyone who participates in Creuynni events or sessions is a valued part of our community. We ask that participants engage respectfully and in the spirit of shared wellbeing.
Organisations commissioning wellbeing provision from Creuynni are expected to support a safe and respectful environment for delivery and to engage collaboratively throughout.
Creuynni Wellbeing CIC is a registered Community Interest Company in Wales. This legal structure means we are required by law to operate in the interest of our community, not for private profit. Any surplus we generate is reinvested in our services, our practitioners and our community programmes.
Our governance is co-operative and guided by sociocratic principles: shared decision-making, consent-based processes and a commitment to ensuring every voice is heard. We believe that how we make decisions is as important as the decisions themselves.
We are committed to being honest, open and accountable to the communities we serve. If you would like to know more about our structure, our governance or our finances, please get in touch.
As a CIC, we are required to submit an annual Community Interest Report demonstrating our public benefit. This will be made available here as it is completed.
Decisions within Creuynni are made collectively, with every practitioner member having an equal vote. We use sociocratic principles to ensure consent-based, inclusive governance.
If you have a concern about any aspect of our work, including the conduct of a practitioner, please contact us directly. All concerns are taken seriously and handled with confidentiality and care.
If you require a specific policy document, wish to raise a concern, or have any question about our governance or procedures, please get in touch. We will respond promptly and helpfully.
All policy-related enquiries are handled with confidentiality and care. There is no wrong question.
