Sacred Sites: Walk, Talks, StoryTelling and Meditation

Llyn Brenig has been a special place for over 8,000 years since Mesolithic hunter- gatherers made temporary huts there. At this event, we will see the spot where they lit a fire. Over 3000 years later people of the Bronze Age chose the valley to create a cemetery to their dead. An ancestral land were burial,ceremony and ritual took place for hundreds of years. Gill will lead a short walk, and say something about the archaeology of this site, Andy will tell stories, and Katherine will lead a meditation to connect and listen with the nature, the lands and the wisdom of our world's ancestors here.
