Time of the meditation: 8pm The cross quarter day,  midpoint between the Autumn Equinox and Winter Solstice in the northern hemisphere, is a beautiful time to connect, reflect and come together. This cross quarter time is known as a liminal time, where many traditions around the world take some moments to reflect, connect, listen, honour and give gratitude for our ancestors.
