Drumming Circle at Lle Hapus

Drumming is a great way to come together to express to co-create and to enjoy the moment and our connection to ourselves, eachother and the world around us. 

Research has found so many health benefits to doing this, emotional, psychological and social ( Ascenso et al, 2018,  Fancourt et al., 2016). It is an activity thought to have been around for centuries, and we can still reap the benefits it brings today, and it suitable for complete beginners and advanced drummers alike.

This event is offered on a give what you feel basis, to allow anyone who wishes to participate the opportunity to do so. Suggested contributions would be £5-15 and your donations can be given through here, bank transfer or PayPal. Places are limited to 10 people, and drums, rattles and other percussion instruments are provided. It is useful to let us know if you will be bringing your own drum.
